If you are to cancel a reserved apartment within the following specified time then the Management will deduct from your deposit as follows: 1

2 Days or Less 50% is deducted for compensation
1 Day or Less 100% is deducted for compensation
The deducted amount is for compensating the inconvenience caused while holding sellable Apartment/Room
